Do I need to know how to code?
No. Just paste your store address and your competitors' addresses. We do the rest.
Which stores can I track?
Any online store running on Shopify or WooCommerce: we detect it automatically. It doesn't work with marketplaces like Amazon, Etsy, eBay or Mercado Libre; some will come later through their official APIs.
How does Rival Precio know which competitor product matches mine?
We compare product names and automatically match the ones that are practically identical. Uncertain ones are shown to you to confirm with a click.
Can anyone else see my costs and margins?
No. Only you can see your costs, and they're only used to calculate your price recommendations.
Is it legal to track other stores' prices?
We only read public information any shopper can see, following each site's rules and without collecting personal data.
